Steps:
- Sleep in total darkness.
- Wake up early in the morning.
- Take shower at least once a day.
- Drink at least 4-8 glasses of water everyday.
- Wear a comfortable shoes.
- Make a playlist of happy,upbeat songs that make u feel glad to awake,n listen to whenever u begin to feel down/boring.
- Listen to music in the evening.
- Eat healthy foods/organic foods/green stuff n spicy foods.
- Get massages.
- Take a fish oil supplement.
- Sing(anywhere);in the shower/car.
- Get a pet/plants.
- Work out once a day (at least 30 mins)
