How to feel refreshed?

  1. Sleep in total darkness.
  2. Wake up early in the morning.
  3. Take shower at least once a day.
  4. Drink at least 4-8 glasses of water everyday.
  5. Wear a comfortable shoes.
  6. Make a playlist of happy,upbeat songs that make u feel glad to awake,n listen to whenever u begin to feel down/boring.
  7. Listen to music in the evening.
  8. Eat healthy foods/organic foods/green stuff n spicy foods.
  9. Get massages.
  10. Take a fish oil supplement.
  11. Sing(anywhere);in the shower/car.
  12. Get a pet/plants.
  13. Work out once a day (at least 30 mins)

    mostly, ni mmg bnda yg aku wat..hahahaa(perasan nk mampos) mmg btul..=)
